Summr Institute Inc. is governed by a board of directors responsible for oversight of financial management, curriculum standards, and mission alignment. As a nonprofit, we are subject to annual financial reporting obligations under U.S. IRS Form 990 requirements. Financial summaries are available to enrolled institutional partners upon request.
