Services Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Scope

These Services Terms and Conditions (“Services T&Cs”) govern the specific educational products and services offered by Summr Institute Inc. (“the Institute”). They apply in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the Summr Institute Terms of Use. In the event of conflict, these Services T&Cs shall prevail with respect to programme-specific matters.

2. Programme Offerings

The Institute currently offers four primary enrolment tiers:

  • Undergraduate Annual — 12-month access to the Foundational pathway and associated modules. Renews annually unless cancelled.
  • Undergraduate Lifetime — Perpetual access to the Foundational pathway. Access continues as long as the programme remains available.
  • Master's Annual — 12-month access to the full platform including Foundational, Core, Student Fund, and applicable Specialized Track content. Renews annually unless cancelled.
  • Master's Lifetime — Perpetual access to all currently available programme content. Access continues as long as the programme remains available.

The Institute reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace programme tiers. Existing paid enrolees will receive at least 90 days' written notice of material changes to their tier.

3. Access and Activation

Programme access is activated upon successful payment processing and email verification. If activation does not occur within 24 hours of payment, contact info@summr.tech. Access is personal, non-transferable, and linked to the registered email address.

4. Institutional Partnership Programmes

Universities, business schools, student investment funds, and finance organisations may enter into institutional partnership agreements with the Institute. Under such arrangements:

  • The Institute may provide white-label or co-branded access to curriculum content mapped to the institution's course offerings.
  • The institution is responsible for student eligibility verification and data governance within its own systems.
  • Billing, access provisioning, and renewal terms are governed by the separate partnership agreement executed between the Institute and the institution.
  • Students enrolled through an institutional partnership are also subject to these Services T&Cs and the General Terms of Use.

5. Certification Services

Certifications are issued digitally upon completion of all required modules, quizzes, and deliverables within a given track. The following conditions apply:

  • Certificates are issued in the name of the individual who completed the programme and may not be assigned or transferred.
  • The Institute maintains a verifiable record of certificate issuance. Employers or institutions may request verification by emailing info@summr.tech.
  • Certificates do not confer academic credit, regulatory standing, or professional licensure of any kind.
  • In the event of academic integrity violation (cheating, plagiarism, or falsification), the Institute reserves the right to revoke any certificate issued.

6. Mentorship and Networking Services

Access to mentorship resources and networking events is provided on a best-efforts basis as part of eligible programme tiers. The Institute does not guarantee the availability of specific mentors, the scheduling of specific events, or any particular career outcome resulting from networking activities. Participants in mentorship programmes must adhere to professional conduct standards; harassment or misuse of mentor relationships will result in immediate removal.

7. Internship Pathway Consideration

Certain top-performing students may be considered for internships at Summr Capital Management or affiliated partner organisations. This consideration is strictly performance-based and subject to the following:

  • Enrolment in the Institute does not create any employment relationship or guarantee of placement.
  • Internship availability is contingent on open positions at partner organisations and is subject to their own hiring criteria and background check processes.
  • Any compensation, benefits, or terms of an internship are governed by the agreement between the student and the employing entity, not the Institute.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Annual subscriptions: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
  • Lifetime access: No refunds after 14 days of purchase, unless the purchased programme is discontinued by the Institute before the student's reasonable opportunity to use it, in which case a pro-rated credit or refund will be issued.
  • Institutional agreements: Governed by the terms of the specific partnership agreement.

9. Service Availability

The Institute aims to maintain 99% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages will be resolved as promptly as practicable. Downtime does not entitle subscribers to refunds but may, at the Institute's discretion, result in access extensions.

10. Amendments

These Services T&Cs may be updated from time to time. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
